PACIFIC SC PRESENTS WINTER LIGHTS DEC 2023 - FEB 2024!

What Is Winter Lights Training?
Group training environment broken into age specific training sessions.
Genders may be separated for some parts of training.
After warming up, each session will start with individual skills training.
That will be followed by small group training & conditioning and will finish with scrimmage/group play.
This year we’re extending the program to U9 players & spreading sessions across 3 weekday nights!
Training sessions start in December again, which keeps the program at 9 sessions per age group.

Where/When will this event we hosted:
Ages U9-U10 will be on Fridays from 6pm-8pm at the Ridgefield High School stadium, starting
December 8th and ending February 16th .
Ages U11- U12 will be on Wednesdays from 6pm-8pm at the Ridgefield High School stadium, starting
December 6th and ending February 14th .
Ages U-13- U15 will be on Tuesdays from 6pm- 8pm at the Ridgefield High School stadium, starting
December 5th and ending February 13th .
*Please note that there are no training sessions between December 18th and January 1st .

What is the Cost?
U9- U10 - 9 sessions - $85
U11- U12 - 9 sessions - $85
U13- U15 - 9 sessions - $85

How do I sign up?
Registration is open at PacificSC.com. Click on the register now button on the right side of the home
page.
We can have up to 30 players per session. The event is first come first served, so don't delay.

Do I need special Shoes or Equipment?
Regular molded cleats are great on the turf. Do send your player in layers with lightweight GLOVES.
In previous winters we kept them active enough that some players were down to shorts and T-shirts
during scrimmages.
Unfortunately, their hands were always cold!
