Q. Do I need a background check to be a coach?

A. Yes, but it is a very simple process. Go to: Affinity Soccer Create an account and register - you will need your Driver's License and the Expiration date.

Q. Is there a tryout process?

A. No. There is no tryout process. This program is open to all U8, U9 and U10 players who are interested. Overall academy size will be limited and will fill quickly. Players with birthdates between 1 August 2004 and 31 July 2005 will have priority.

Q. Who will be doing the training?

A. Primary trainers will be; Coach Alberto Coronado (former Mexico professional player/coach, Elite Feet Academy), Darin Degrande (Head Women's Varsity coach Skyview High School), Plus many other Youth Soccer Coaches.

Q. When will training start and how long will it go?

A. Wednesday's, February 12th through April 2nd at Luke Jenson Sports Complex 5:30 - 6:30 pm Luke Jenson Sports Complex is located at: 4000 NE 78th Street, Vancouver, WA 98665.

Q. What is the cost for the Academy?

A. Registration Fee's will be $55. Included is training shirt, coaching, field time. At Pacific our goal is to keep costs down, we want everyone to be able to participate. Except for the professional coaches we bring in for the Academy all our licensed coaches are volunteers.
