 Mission Statement-

Serve the community by enhancing youth character through the game of soccer. We make the game locally affordable and accessible for any level of play. We promote continued development of our members through teamwork and sportsmanship in safe enjoyable environment. 

Principles-
a) Advocate: We promote soccer to our community. We will promote our community to the local and state soccer organizations.
b) Community: We are responsible, caring, and active citizens within and beyond our soccer community.
c) Character: We conduct ourselves on and off the field with integrity, respect, and sportsmanship at all times.
d) Development: We provide an environment where every member has the opportunity to reach their highest potential.
e) Accessible: We provide affordable soccer programs that are available to all families. We make an effort to provide these programs locally to our members.

Objectives-
a) Promote and further develop the game of soccer.
b) Organize and govern the game of soccer for youth within North Clark County and the Woodland area (including the school districts of Battle Ground, Hockinson, La Center, Ridgefield, and Woodland).
c) Provide programs for the membership to enhance the game, such as participation in leagues, camps, tournaments, coach training clinics, etc. d) Administer and conduct competitions. e) Represent this area in all matters of organized youth soccer with regards to all local and national soccer organizations.

(to become a new referee - this is not a re-certification class)
Are you interested in making extra money? Need a part time job that pays well? There has been a shortage of referees in Southwest Washington and this is your opportunity to make extra money while helping the community out. This is a great opportunity to gain experience and get paid to referee in our fall and spring recreational leagues.
